Stylish en-suite boutique apartment 8min to centre

Neighbourhood Bedrooms are a beautiful trio of en-suite boutique rooms situated above our street food kitchen and cocktail bar located just 8 mins walk from the centre. Bedroom Two is an opulent apartment with king size bed, kitchenette, stunningly unique tiled bathroom, living room area with sofa beds. The kitchenette has fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, sink, kettle, Nespresso machine and cutlery/crockery! Wifi, Splosh! bathroom products and hotel grade linen and towels.

Country King Bath

Our three Country King with Bath rooms; Dalwood, Musbury and Wilmington are directly opposite our self-catering accommodation. These guest rooms are all situated on the ground floor and have porcelain floor tiles with underfloor heating. Sleeping 2 guests both Musbury and Dalwood come with a king bed, in room free-standing bath and en-suite shower room. Wilmington sleeps a total of 3 guests with a king bed and a single bed, in room free-standing bath and en-suite shower room.

Double Room in Friendly Home @ Nyumbani

Our single room in a friendly shared home is 3.5 miles from central Exeter, a short drive from beaches & nature walks, in a great position both for work and exploring. On arrival, I'll show you the shared kitchen, answer any questions and pass on keys. We host between 1 and 3 guests. You're welcome to hangout in the diner or enjoy the peace of your room. Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other guests. One parking space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Middle Thorne, Great Field Lodges

A wonderful retreat for couples and their dogs on the North Devon coast. This luxury lodge is airy, open plan and modern, a private deck, hot tub and en-suite king size master bedroom. One of a small collection, it is set in an idyllic location just minutes from the 3 mile beach at Saunton Sands and close to the South West Coast Path which travels a scenic path along the Taw Estuary to Instow. Middle Thorne is the middle lodge of the three on the right side of the site.

Nestled in the countryside at The Queens Chew Magna, this two-story room blends character, charm, and luxury. The first floor has a cosy lounge area with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing. Upstairs, a King bed with an en-suite walk-in shower. If you feel like driving out the local area has a lot to offer from some fabulous scenic walks and just 15 minutes from Exeter. All the rooms have a unique & comfortable king bed and beautifully finished en suite.
