Located in the heart of Somerset, this cozy retreat is ideally situated for exploring the stunning countryside & nearby attractions including Cheddar, Axbridge, Glastonbury, & the Mendip Hills. The Space: The Shire is a self-contained annexe, offering privacy & comfort for your stay. The space includes a bedroom (double bed), a en-suite with shower, & a cozy living area. There is also a kitchenette .

Tiny Home in the Somerset Levels

Tucked away at the bottom of our garden, our Tiny Home is a little rustic escape from modern life. Sit on the deck and enjoy the company of friendly cows basking in the evening sun, or gaze out of the picture window spotting the wildlife. The cabin is designed so that you can reconnect with yourselves and nature (there’s no TV!) - play board games, cook up something wonderful in the kitchen, or go exploring at one of the fabulous Somerset Levels nature reserves! Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Your own part of the house, private entrance, including bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Parking on site. Your living room contains a sofa, TV, DVD/CD players. Your kitchen has a microwave, kettle and toaster (no oven or hob). There's a table in your kitchen to use for eating or as a workstation. Village pub serves food just 5 minutes walk. Chinese takeaway 5 mins walk. Handy for tourist resorts of Weston-super-Mare, Cheddar Gorge. Nearest sandy beach is 10 minutes in a car.

Delightful country cottage in a farm setting. Private garden with hot tub, firepit, BBQ and relaxing chairs. Cosy wood burner for chilly evenings. Beautiful and tranquil location set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Access to miles of footpaths from the front door, including the West Mendip Way. Close to Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Bath, as well as many other beauty spots and attractions. A good selection of pubs and restaurants, some accessible on foot. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

Holiday Barn in the Mendips

Anneth Lowen is a self-contained 2 bedroomed Barn within the grounds of Over Langford Manor. Located in Upper Langford and set in the heart of the North Somerset countryside on the Northern slopes of the Mendip Hills. The property has modern conveniences (including Satellite TV and Fibre optic Wifi), and also enjoys the picturesque gardens of Over Langford Manor as well as walks along the Mendips straight from your front door. We have now added an EV charging point for electric cars.

Daphne our shepherds hut

Daphne our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Doris and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Doris our other hut is also in the paddock.

Charming hut in an area of AONB, with stunning views, dining area and fire pit. Secure parking, and bike lock up facilities. Please note there is a toilet and sink in the hut, but guests will have use of a shower in the main family house. Owner is a professional pianist, lessons or private performance can be arranged for special evening Perfect for walkers- below national trust “Crook Peak” Close to historic town of Axbridge and Cheddar. Two village pubs less than a mile away.

Tired of economy class? Charter a stay in a first class fuselage with wood fired hot tub situated in tranquil woodland. Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.
