Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. We do have internet, but as we're rural, it's spotty. Large private hot tub and a firepit surrounded by woods and corn! We have firewood available (no charge). Plus a new sauna

Private Prospect Flat

Two bedroom apartment located on picturesque Covered Bridge Road in Prospect, KY. There is a separate entrance with plenty of parking. Beautiful views of Kentucky landscape from every window. Our property is four acres with a meandering stream, forest, and fields. There is a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. The main bedroom includes a work space area and two closets. Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

Private, well-lit, entrance is in rear of home. The space is approx. 600sq. ft. There is a gas fireplace, 42" HD TV w/Netflix & Amazon Prime. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker, convection oven, inferred glass top burner, microwave, refrigerator/freezer w/ice, washer/dryer& a large marble shower, with heated floors in the shower room. Also space equipped w/ Medify air purifier w/H13 true Hepa medical grade filter.

Guests will have their own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. It is a 2 room space (250sf) Has a queen memory foam bed . A bathroom and a kitchenette in the next room (with microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, panini press) fold down couch for 3rd guest You will get much more from us than a hotel room and much cheaper! Pet fees $20 per stay $5 guest fee per day after 2.
