Quaint, rustic Victorian Terraced House

A quaint, rustic house with some modern touches and just a ten minute walk from the Marina and the delights of Whitby. I do not live at the property so you will have full use of the house. There is an open plan lounge / diner which goes through to a large kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one large but cosy double attic room with bath and toilet/ small sink, a room with two single beds, which is next to a newly fitted bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom also in the first floor.

Sandside Retreat

Sandside Retreat is situated in the heart of Whitby’s Old Town, at the foot of the iconic 199 steps leading to the Abbey. ; whilst tucked away for peace and quiet. Just a stone’s throw away from Tate Hill Sands, harbour, shops, restaurants and bars. Sleeping up to 3 guests, it features a cosy living room with separate kitchen/diner. There is a private patio which overlooks the sea towards the East Pier. Unlike many cottages to the East Side, there are no steps leading up to the cottage.

Bramley Cottage - Robin Hoods Bay - in Lower Bay

The home of painter/ illustrator, Albert Wainwright in the 1930s, Bramley Cottage was built in the 1700's. Located in 'Old Bay' (Robin Hood's Bay). Driftwood Cottage is a stylish recently renovated 2 bedroom cottage (sleeps 5) arranged over 3 floors located in the picturesque seaside village of Staithes, North Yorkshire. The cottage is snugly situated on a peaceful side street with beautiful sea views of Staithes Harbour and is a stone's throw from the sea front and the local pub. The cottage is beautifully presented with an open plan ground floor comprising of living room, dining area and well equipped modern kitchen.

Relax and unwind in the newly refurbished one bed Irishman's Cottage. The cottage retains many old features and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

Hawthorn Cottage is a tastefully decorated cottage on a working farm in the small village of High Hawsker, mid-way between the quaint and beautiful Robin Hood's Bay and the bustling fishing town of Whitby with its historic abbey. This is the perfect spot for exploring the natural and stunning beauty of the North York Moors and the Yorkshire coastline, with the Cleveland Way coastal path and Whitby to Scarborough cycle path (Cinder Track) passing close by.

Once the studio of a Victorian photographer and later home to “Dolphin Man” Dr Horace Dobbs, a pioneer in underwater photography. With a garden, terrace and spacious lounge, it’s perfect for relaxing, exploring, or simply being inspired. Now featuring a permanent exhibition by Jenny Stock, one of the world’s top underwater photographers.

Coach House Cottage a perfect seaside retreat

Coach House Cottage is an old Fishermans cottage above what used to be a stables and coach store (Now a dinosaur and fossil museum). Well situated, above the main street, in the lower part of Robin Hoods Bay it is moments from the beach, the dock, and the hustle and bustle of village life. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley.
