Local bus services are approximately 200m from the property. The property is also walking distance from the Cottrell Park golf resort. Please note: Hot tub is available and complimentary between April and October, (inclusive), with a small charge applicable outside these dates to cover heating and cleaning costs of the hot tub.

It's in a great location: cul-de-sac, green space to the front, garden to the rear, close to shops, 5 mins walking distance to several beaches and coastal path, also near to the Goodsheds sustainable urban high street. Built new in 2017, it is a bright, spacious and contemporary home. A well decorated and comfortable place to stay. P.S. The sunsets are amazing!

You can walk to Dyffryn Gardens (National Trust) or Tinkinswood Neolithic burial chamber — both located within a mile from your door. The mountains of Bannau Brycheiniog are 45 mins away, or enjoy a sporting event or concert at Cardiff's world-class venues. Catch a bus from just outside, or the hosts (next door) can drive you there and pick you up again by arrangement!

The guests have access to one of two hot tubs which are kept meticulously clean. There is a large vegetable garden and chickens, a pig, sheep and Alpacas. In addition to the 2 acre garden there are 3 acres of paddock.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
