Nice 2.5 room apartment for 2 people maximum, in a small building with character, high ceilings, quiet. The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.

Home at the heart of Lausanne

Peaceful and centrally-located cosy place on the 3rd floor of a nicely renovated old building. 2 large rooms with double beds, one with a balcony, kitchen and bathroom. There is no specific living room but it’s possible to sit around the table in the kitchen and there is a large TV in one of the rooms. There is a small elevator in the building with 3-4 stairs to reach it.

Este espacioso estudio tiene grandes ventanas, vistas al lago y una localización muy central. Disfruta paseando por el encantador centro histórico y las calles comerciales del centro, a solo 5 minutos a pie. La famosa zona de fiesta, Le Flon, está a solo 10 minutos a pie. Se puede llegar al lago, la estación de tren, etc. en autobús o metro en 7 minutos.
