Located a 1/4 mile from the snowmobile trails you can ride from the front door to the trails, or from the trailhead nearby (see photos for proximity). Road end lake access, as well as 1.2 miles from the only public boat launch and state park on the lake.

In 2020 the Edenville dam on Wixom lake failed, draining the lake & returning it to the river it was 95 years ago. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

This house boasts knotty pine cathedral ceilings, 2 gathering/ living areas, a gas grill, and a large deck. There's a back door that opens to a fenced in yard for you four legged family members. The beach, fishing pier, playground, and boat access are steps away across the street at the end of the driveway. This house is not on the water side of street. It is on hilltop with views. There are NO DOGS ALLOWED in the lake. PET FEES ADDED AT TIME OF RESERVATION - pls ask.
