Lovely rural hillside location in a courtyard setting, 2 miles from the main road along a country lane, but only 9 miles from Ruthin. Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. Great for couples, adventurers, families and dogs. Car essential.

Retreat in Coed Y Brenin forest near Dolgellau

Tyn Y Benrhos is a stunning Welsh stone cottage situated in its own grounds, in Coed Y Brenin forest, near Dolgellau. You have access to the entire property, with enclosed garden for up to 2 dogs and 8 acres of fields, woodlands and a river to explore. Here you are perfectly located for an active holiday whether it be walking, running or cycling. If you just want to relax there is plenty of opportunity to do that too. We do not live on site but live about 20 mins away and are on hand if needed.

Hafod Y Llan Bach - a real escape to the country

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. Cae Canol Bach provides a lovely romantic get away. Situated on the lower slopes of the Manod mountain you will be surrounded by spectacular views of the valleys flowing towards the sea. This cosy hideaway offers a galleried mezzanine bedroom above an open plan spacious living area with wood burning stove, kitchen and shower room. We allow up to 3 well behaved pets who are NOT tempted by sheep. A 4x4 is required between October and April and recommended between April and October.

Take it easy at this cosy getaway. A charming little cottage opposite the river Afon Erch with just a short walk to Glan y Don beach and marina. A beautiful spot with stunning views towards Snowdonia. Enjoy the stroll along a quiet stretch of sand approximately 3 miles long, described as one of the llyn peninsula's best kept secrets. A fabulous spot to explore the many treasures of the peninsula.

I invite you to use my lovely house to enjoy Harlech and the surrounding area. On the edge of a small estate, the house overlooks farmland and has views of mountains in the distance. The Welsh Coastal Path runs behind the garden. There's wifi and Sky TV. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are all part of the service; I just ask guests to enjoy the house with care.
