I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. Enjoy a stay inside the secluded walls of Villa Zeytin, home to a private pool and delightful garden. The covered terrace is ideal for barbecues and AL-fresco dining with another comfortable seating area overlooking the pool and garden. The location of the villa makes it ideal to visit all of the Bodrum Peninsula with a local bus route nearby, a short drive takes you to the town of Bodrum or the nearby resort of Bitez. Renovated December 2022 the villa now has a larger living room and Sauna!

Giyinme odasinda da ihtiyac halinde kullanilacak yatak vardir. Her iki yatak odasindan da balkona cikis bulunmaktadir. Yaz aylarinda gundogumu ve gunbatimi izlenebilmektedir.

Kiralık konutumuz gümüşlük’te 2.000 m2 arsa içerisinde ana ev ve misafir evinden oluşmaktadır. Ana evde 3 oda , 2 banyo , mutfak ve teras mevcut Misafir evi bir oda bir banyo, salon, mutfak ve terasdan oluşmaktadır. Düz ayak girişi mevcuttur. Tamamen gürültüden uzak huzur dolu bir yerleşim yeri. 50 m2 özel havuzu bulunmaktadır. Bütün bu iki evin kullanımları kiralayana aittir. Otel gümüşlük de tarafımıza aittir. konuklarımız iskontolu kahvaltı ve diğer öğünlerden faydalanabilirler.
