The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. Situated in an elevated position in the pretty Somerset village of Compton Martin near Wells, nestling in the beautiful Mendip countryside and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With far reaching views of Chew Valley and Blagdon lakes, you're also close to Wells, Bath, Bristol and Weston-super-Mare. This delightful accommodation is just a stone's throw from the extremely popular village pub.

The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and a small single bed, suitable for a child. Adjoining the bedroom, is the shower room with walk in shower. There is a large private patio area for relaxing and barbecuing outside, with views of the hillside. We have a vineyard producing English Sparkling and Still Wines, made on site.

Our self-contained, studio annexe - which sleeps up to 4 guests (one king, one sofabed) - is just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Wells, with parking on site. The annexe is situated in the grounds of our property. There is parking for one car directly in front of the annexe. The space includes kitchenette, dining area, lounge area, kingsize bed, sofabed, plus separate bathroom with a shower and bath. TV with Freeview included, plus WiFi. All linen and towels included.
