This is Modern Farmhouse Apartment is 10-12 minutes away from Indiana Wesleyan University, “IWU” & Taylor University is only 20 minutes away from the location. These units have private pond with catch &* release fishing, a gazebo with a grill & couch also. The Apartment features a king size, plush bed and with a master bathroom & stand-alone rain shower.

Double Loft Lodge

Nestled along the Mississinewa River near James Dean's hometown, Taylor Univ and Indiana Wesleyan Univ, we were originally named Harrisburg, until the natural gas boom of the 1800s. The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. Visit the Gas City museum at 210 South A St opened 1-4 sat&sun, relax at Beaner Linn Park 701 S Broadway or visit one of our shops. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

If you are at your wit's end, this is your country retreat! You can fill the house with 8 people or just enjoy the quiet setting of this old farm house alone. Newly remodeled and ready for guests, you can borrow a book from the reading library, play games at the farm table and enjoy coffee on the swivel chairs in the kitchen. The home sets on 4.5 acres only 20 minutes from downtown Fort Wayne, 10 minutes to Lutheran Hospital, and 10 minutes from the town of Roanoke shopping and dining!

With TWO bedrooms (each has TV & QUEEN bed), a LARGE kitchen/dining area, a COZY living room with TV/Roku, and a SPACIOUS bathroom! NO CLEANING FEE and FREE parking right in front of your door! Come enjoy the wide open country in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
