Relax with your partner or family at this peaceful place. Is a small paradise near the edge of the forest/stream in the green, quiet neighborhood of single-family houses. The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

The apartment is a 3min walk to the tram 9 station where you can comfortably get to the airport & the city in 20-25min. Back at your apartment, you can leave the huste & bustle of the city behind, cooking meals in peace in the kitchen. The kitchen is small, but it’s fully stocked & features lots of cookbooks so you can rustle up something yourself for a quiet night in followed by a glass of wine on the balcony. If you’re looking for the homely feeling but also the proximity to the city center.

Einzigartig, inmitten des Naturschutz - und Naherholungsgebietes Greifensee gelegen, kannst du auf der großzügigen Dehler Yacht "Lucky" romantisch als Paar, mit Freunden oder mit der Familie unvergessliche Momente erleben. Es gibt ein bequemes Doppelbett und im hinteren Teil des Bootes finden 2 Personen in der 8-er Kajute Platz. Das Boot ist einfach aber komfortabel ausgestattet - Solarstrom, Wassertank, einfache Solardusche, Chemische Toilette. No WiFi!

Offen, hell, gemütlich und ruhig. Mit Sitzplatz und kleinem Garten. Da ich nicht immer da bin, vermiete ich mein Zuhause zwischendurch. Du wirst also wohnen wie ich :-), es ist nicht ein "business apartment" dafür kommt es mit Lebens Charme daher und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Ich denke, es wird dir an nichts fehlen und sonst bitte danach fragen. Zu Fuss: 20 min an den schönen Greifensee für Spaziergänge, entlang dem Haus führts in die Natur, 15 m an den Bahnhof und 20 min (Zug) nach Zürich.

Studio in 1924er Villa 10min von Zürich Bellevue

Geniesse das Zurich stilvoll und übernachte in einer 100-jährigen Villa an der Zürcher Goldküste. Das neu renovierte Studio befindet sich im Gartengeschoss und hat einen eigenen Eingang und Privatsphäre. Ein schöner Sitzplatz im Garten lädt zum Verweilen in der Sonne ein. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Küsnacht, 7min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof entfernt, wo alle 10min ein Zug nach Zürich fährt. Zum Bellevue sind es mit dem Zug nur 10min. Zum Park am See ist es ein 10min Spaziergang.
