Stunning views over the countryside from your balcony provides a perfect backdrop for your relaxing stay. There is a Sauna on site bookable for an extra fee, just request.

Kitchen/dining area: Sink unit, fridge, double INDUCTION hob**, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, pans, cutlery, tea towels, olive oil, salt & pepper. **NB alternative hob available if you have a pacemaker fitted. Large self-contained detached studio

Cliddesden is a village on the edge of the North Hampshire Downs yet close to the town of Basingstoke. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

Beautifully decorated studio annex in the village of Ovington - a lovely rural spot yet a short drive from Winchester and walkable to Alresford. Light and airy space - king size bed, sofa, TV, chest drawers and table & chairs. There is a small kitchenette (small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, crockery, glassware and cutlery). Fresh towels, tea and coffee are ready for you on your arrival. An iron, cot and high chair can be arranged on request.

The Stables at Warren Farm. Rustic charm

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.

Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.

Nestled in the peaceful surroundings of Manor Farm is a beautifully crafted Shepherd's hut ready for you to relax & unwind. Just a few paces away is the famous St James Way walk. The hut has a double bed, TV, full size hot water shower & toilet. The kitchen area has a fridge freezer, 2 ring induction hob, oven, kettle & log burner & it also has underfloor heating throughout. Parking is available just a few steps away.

Inspired by Soho Farmhouse. A stylish converted barn set in the grounds of a Georgian Lodge within the South Downs National Park. Conveniently located close to the picturesque market towns of Alresford, Petersfield, Alton and historic Winchester, it is an ideal base to both explore Hampshire and kick back and relax in luxury. Secure off road parking with latest kitchen facilities for those that want to cook or a nice local pub/restaurant in walking distance for those that don't. (Unable to offer long term lets or double occupancy)

Within walking distance of the Watercress Line and less than 10 minutes drive to Jane Austen's House. We are also well placed for walks from the doorstep and the ancient and beautiful city of Winchester is just a 20 minute drive away.
