Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

This unique annexe is a converted barn, attached to the main barn in the idyllic village of Shouldham, nestled on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a fantastic forest with woodland trails to walk, jog or cycle. Enjoy a pint in the award-winning pub the King's Arms. (Both 800m away) This is an attractive, spacious conversion with a double bedroom, living room, dining area/orangery. The Annexe sleeps 4 through a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. There is an enclosed garden and seating area.

This is not a party house. Recently renovated cottage dating back to 1835 surrounded by woodland on the edge of a nature reserve, plenty of outdoor space. Rivers, beaches, stately homes and much more a short drive away. Enjoy a morning coffee watching the woodpecker, deer enjoying apples or pheasants coming to check out the leftovers, if it’s wildlife you like you don’t need to leave the house. 20min drive is a jetty for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming. Delightful secluded shepherds hut.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Hand built on the farm this hut is situated in a beautiful and peaceful spot. With a double bed and additional sofa bed it Has more room than you would expect. The contains a fridge and hobs and we can provide a BBQ for out door cooking. Whilst we welcome dogs to the property. We ask that they must be friendly and kept under control as the hut is on a working farm with other dogs and livestock.

Rook’s Nest, Shouldham

Situated in the beautiful and peaceful village of Shouldham, which dates back to 1066, is this idyllic little nest. The village boasts a friendly local pub which is only a five minute walk away and plenty of forest walks can be had in Shouldham Warren which is on the edge of the village. There are a variety of stately homes (including Sandringham) to visit, and Hunstanton, the historic gateway town to the North Norfolk Coast, is not too far away.

Our eco-friendly, architect-designed barn conversion sits in an acre of land on the edge of a forest looking out over open fields. The barn sits in its own spinney which is for guests' private use. There are a variety of paths for lovely walks with plenty of wildlife. Accessible by a 3/4 mile unmade track, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, with a flat, dramatic landscape and fantastic sunsets. Finished to a high standard.

Luka Lodge is set in a fully fenced and gated garden with large covered heated swimming pool, private playground and separate sauna building. Deluxe cabin benefits from large terrace with fire burner/ grill, outdoor lounge set and football table. It also has two bi-fold doors that allows to bring the outside into the large open plan living area.
