Smaller private cottage located in a park like setting on the water. Ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is at the end of the peninsula on the water. Walk up to the top of the hill and watch the boats go by from the bench or at the park on the corner. Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy. Less than 5 miles to downtown Toledo, (Huntington Center, Glass City Center, Toledo Museum of Art), Stranahan Theater, UTMC Hospital, and walkable to the Toledo Zoo and Wixey Bakery. Expect to see wildlife in the yard while you enjoy your morning or evening brew on the covered porch or walking through the neighborhood!

Almost everything is on the main floor, making it a very comfortable, accessible stay. 4 bedrooms (king-sized bed in master), 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, and a large yard make it large enough for your entire group to feel at home.

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.
