An ideal area for walking or cycling with plenty of good local pubs. The cottage has its own entrance, sunny sitting room with French doors to garden, kitchen/dining room and stairs to spacious bathroom and double bedroom. The owner has a fox red labrador.

Great location to explore East Anglia and near the picturesque town of Bury St Edmunds. Suitable for a small child / infant too, but you could need to bring your own sleeping paraphernalia. Small patio and outside seating, off road parking for 1 car.

Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

No hidden fees! Discounts for 7 nights or more! The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. (not in view of each other) A beautiful little annex with its own access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too!

Country walks, muddy paws wiped on the mat by the door, and a big squashy dog bed waiting right beside yours. Located close to the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, the UK’s most dog-friendly town. Please be aware this is a cottage so has all the quirks, low beams, low doorways and twisty wooden stairs.

The house was tastefully decorated in July 2023 and comprises of a full kitchen, king bedroom with shower ensuite and a double bedroom with shower/bathroom to suit up to four guests. Located a 30 min stroll to the Abbey Gardens, St Edmundsbury Cathedral and the many restaurants/cafes of Bury St Edmunds. The house is also only a 30 min walk to the West Suffolk Hospital, so is an ideal base whether it be to explore Bury or to visit patients or work at the hospital.
