My favourite restaurant in Samoens : ) Located on the main square. Not very large place, but intimate. Very nice owner who explains the menu in detail. Most of the ingredients are organic, including the meat. Slightly more expensive than the other places, I think, but worth it.

Must do this at least once! Excellent food. Must book in advance, particularly during high season.
