To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. Dieses moderne Haus bietet Platz für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen stilvollen offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Ägäische Meer mit einem schönen Sandstrand befindet ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist im Juli 2024 fertig gestellt worden und sie können die ersten Gäste sein.
