Wir sind in der Nähe vom Engadin Bad Scuol, Freibad, Bergbahn (Wander-/Skigebiet), Nationalparkregion und Samnaun (Zollfrei). Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Du wirst unsere Unterkunft lieben wegen der Gemütlichkeit. Sie ist gut für Alleinreisende, Paare und Abenteurer welche einen Kurzaufenthalt planen.

Im Jahr 2020 neu ausgebaute Dachwohnung auf Landwirtschaftsbetrieb, am Dorfrand von Ramosch. Ruhig und sonnig gelegen mit Aussicht auf die Unterengadiner Berge. Dorfladen und Bushaltestelle in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Sommer können zahlreiche Wanderungen und Biketouren ab der Ferienwohnung unternommen werden. Verschiedene Bademöglichkeiten in der Region. Die Bergbahnen sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Postauto erreichbar. Langlaufloipe ab Ramosch. Schlittelweg bis vor Haustür.

Das Haus liegt zentral im schönen Bergdorf Ftan (1650 m.ü.M.). Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang. 1 Parkplatz (kostenlos) ist unterhalb des Hauses vorhanden. Ebenso haben unsere Gäste kostenlosen Wi-Fi - Zugang. Im Wohnbereich ist TV vorhanden.

Hunde sind herzlich willkommen - in der Wohnung wie auch auf den eingezäunten Spielwiesen auf dem Areal. 15 Min. vom Unterengadiner Zentrum Scuol entfernt. Das Waldheim steht steht unter der Hauptstrasse in der neu erstellten Industriezone. Pro Hund wird eine Gebühr von CHF 5.00 erhoben.
