The Tiny House sits on 3/4 acres. You will feel the tranquility of this magical property and only 10 minutes to Vilano Beach or the Historic Downtown. The studio is equipped with a sink, toilet, kitchenette, coffee/tea. Commune with nature in your Private Exotic Outdoor Shower, hottub (closed July & August).

MarshMellow-Island Guest Suite Beach Amphitheater

Your own cozy guest suite with private entry. Lovely little bedroom and beautiful bathroom . Private porch and sitting area. Located adjacent our guest studio but the suite is entirely yours and private. These two share a lush garden path, but have separate porches and entrances. The MarshMellow is a well thought out accommodation that has everything we think you'll need for a lovely stay in St. Augustine. A 20 minute stroll to the Amp and short drive or bike to the beaches or downtown.

There's a comfortable hybrid mattress for two plus an extra memory foam mattress for two and a tent with a crib size memory foam pillow. Kitchenette is nicely equipped. A fireplace for ambiance under the TV. The bathroom has all the necessities with a walk-in shower. Relax on the patio under the sun and stars.

BEST spot to watch the sunrise, (and moonrise) on St Augustine Beach from every room in the condo and from the two direct beach front balconies! CORNER UNIT! TOP FLOOR! One balcony off the upstairs corner primary bedroom suite, walk in closet and ocean view King size beds in each bedroom. Anytime is a good time to be on the beach in St. Augustine! Winter Spring, Summer, or Fall! Besides being steps from the beach there are plenty of local eateries serving great food within walking distance.

You have found your cozy oasis tucked under an ancient Oak tree in a private, lush tropical Courtyard in the Historic District of St Augustine. Sit by the fountain, feed the roaming tortoises day or enjoy the fire and the 1000's of tiny lights reflected on the tree canopy by night. This small studio and exemplifies the appeal of tiny living: compact, clean, efficient, and convenient. The Courtyard is a short walk from all of the Historic Districts Shops, Restaurants and Attractions.

This unit is centrally located amongst lush green grounds, towering palm trees and gorgeous pools. All can be seen and felt from the comfort of the balcony while enjoying the breezy air and an afternoon beverage. Unfortunately it is not child proof therefore only suitable for 2 adults.

No contact with home owners, unless you would like to meet us or you need something. *please note nearby construction may cause noise in morning and afternoon.
