Tropical Paradise Getaway

Come visit my cozy lower unit surrounded by tropical plants. Ground floor unit of house, 1/2 block from beach, beach access at end of street. This unit has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom is inside the unit and an additional bathroom is outside the unit by the patio. Up to 2 small dogs (20 lbs and under) are allowed without prior approval. Dogs over 20 lbs must be pre-approved.

Our little beach house has the ideal location. It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). There is still plenty of soft grassy space in the fenced backyard for your dogs! Inside, the freshly renovated interior is an inviting place to relax.
