It sleeps 4, with 2 in the queen bed, 1 on the sofa, & 1 on the fold out mattress. Farm Getaway

Come and experience the beauty of life on a farm! This newly renovated space has its own private exterior entrance off of the picturesque wrap around farmhouse porch and is complete with all the classic and simple farmhouse touches. We are a working livestock farm raising cows, sheep, chicken, ducks, pigs & more. This space is perfect for some outdoor adventure time while still being close to historic downtown Newberry, home of the Newberry Opera House, & not far from Greenville and Columbia.

Crisp and cozy, modern studio apartment with private entrance, and access to park-like backyard, located right in the center of the Columbia, Irmo and Ballentine areas of SC. Quiet and tidy neighborhood, with free off-street parking for up to two vehicles. Just minutes from Lake Murray, Saluda Shoals Park and River, shopping and restaurants, approximatly 15-20 minutes from down town Columbia, the Vista, U of SC & CIU campuses, Williams-Brice Stadium, and about 20-25 minutes from Fort Jackson.

The Loblolly Pine Room

This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!
