This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

There are 2 spacious bedrooms (the attic room is divided for privacy if 2 sharing), shower room, kitchen with full cooking facilities and a large lounge to relax in after a hard day at work. The house offers superfast WiFi with great signal throughout the house. Situated in a peaceful corner of Stanningfield just 4 miles from Bury St Edmunds.
