Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Recently renovated 2 bedroom flat within easy access to the local amenities and attractions of Diss. The flat is in a quiet residential area with a small garden at the back. The flat has been decorated to a high standard with a retro twist, combining natural tones with mid-century furniture. There are 2 bedrooms, the larger double bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. The flat includes all things necessary for a relaxing break.

Green Dragon Cottage is set in a quiet backroad just North of Diss (10 minutes), sitting at the gateway to the picturesque Waveney Valley. The cottage sleeps up to five guests and is created from former stables and blacksmiths forge. The conversion retains many historic features including wooden beams and pamment tiles, yet with modern amenities including WiFi and underfloor heated bathroom. The cottage has a private entrance, parking and is ideal for families, sat in our peaceful 3.5 acres.

Cozy Private Cabin close to Diss Town Centre

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Centrally located in Diss on the Norfolk/ Suffolk border. 5-10 minute walk to local amenities, including the Corn Hall, local pubs and restaurants. It is also ideal for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. Walnut Tree Cabin is set within the grounds of our home. It is completely private, with a separate entrance and parking. After having many holidays with Air bnb we wanted to use that experience to create a wonderful holiday home.

Annex next to a field

A quiet, spacious self-contained annex, well suited for local sightseeing, work or relaxing. It connects to our family home, but has a private entrance (wheelchair friendly) and ample off street parking. There is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. It has wi-fi, a smart tv with Sky & regular channels. You may see our 2 friendly dogs & cats, but they won’t come into your space. It looks out over a paved patio, but this area is for our personal use, as it’s our dogs’ playground.

Our luxurious accommodation is an idyllic get away for those who want the peace and beauty of the Norfolk countryside and to wake up to the sound of birdsong , you may not want to get out of the sumptuous bed and take your head off the goose down pillows that envelope you as you sleep peacefully, is it the draw of the landscape that gets you out of bed or maybe the passing horses out in the fresh morning air inviting you to leave that luxurious bed and take fresh coffee on the terrace

Green Farm House is set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside at the end of a quiet lane. The quaint village of Redgrave benefits from a village pub serving food & a small village shop. Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

Only 15 minutes drive from Norwich, yet in an outstanding rural setting, Farthings is the perfect place to escape to the country. Whether you wish to relax on the terrace, explore the local countryside or make your way to the city, there is something for everyone. You can even say hello to our other residents; the Norfolk horn sheep, highland cows, and Riley our cockador!

The Old Forge is a delightful semi-detached cottage. The cottage is set in the peaceful village of Brome, in the Suffolk countryside on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. The Old Forge has its own private garden and parking for two cars. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and two are on the first floor, one with a kingsize bed and one with twin single beds. Bedroom three is ground floor also with a kingsize. The ground floor offers a kitchen/diner, bathroom, lounge and storage.
