It's a beautiful ranch house with attached garage. It has 3 bedrooms, a living and family room with a open kitchen / dining room area. It has a open yard that has a patio, which includes a patio set and grill to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or eat your dinner at. The house is surrounded by the Country club golf course and is in a quiet neighborhood. Buhl Park is walking distance and it has a community pool. Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is a perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Acorn Ranch on Avalon Golf Course

Beautiful ranch house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, eat in kitchen, large family room and living room with fireplace. Heated inground pool. (Pool is open June 1 to Mid September.) Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or a family barbeque on the back deck. Located in between Avalon country club golf course and Dum Dum( the only free golf course in the country). Walking distance to Buhl park and the bike pump tracks. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
