Our two floor, back apartment has an efficiency kitchen; coffee pot, kettle, refrigerator, toaster,... Bedroom and full bathroom are on the second floor. The living room is comfy & plenty of space to relax and hang out. Screened in porch is my favorite place in the house! Little couch and a couple of chairs, ceiling fan and light. There is a grilling outside you are welcome to use. No smoking. We are located about .45 miles from Broadway and 1.6 miles away from the Saratoga Railway
