The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

It is a 5 minute walk to The Cridford Inn, 8 miles to Exeter, 10 miles from the stunning South Devon Coast and 3 miles from Dartmoor National Park.

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

It has its own front door with access straight out onto patio and garden. Situated conveniently for Dartmoor, the sea, Exeter and Torbay. Opportunities for cycling and walking, or a relaxing break. Ivy Cottage is our beautiful thatched cottage in Ilsington, Dartmoor. Three bedrooms (sleeping 6), and a log burner that earns its keep when the weather turns. Wet boots by the door, logs on the fire, and Netflix if you don't want to go out! Dartmoor is right there — Haytor, the ponies, a good long walk and a cream tea! Ilsington is a small and quiet village. The village pub closes 26 September; others around Haytor and Bovey Tracey. Parking available outside the cottage!
