We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, antiquing, battlefields, golf resorts, ski resorts and caverns. Our home is set on a hill on the edge of the small town of Broadway rated recently the safest town in the state of VA. Four mountain ranges are visible from our elevated property; it also borders a farm so you might observe cattle grazing. The Shenandoah Valley offers great gravel, road and MTB trails - and a vast network of hiking trails. Rosemary, a licensed aesthetician and licensed massage therapist, also offers spa services for a wonderfully restorative visit. Welcome to our peaceful space.

The Bluestone Lodge

This tiny home in Rockingham County has a lot to offer. Cram-packed with amenities, it has everything you need for a weekend retreat or week-long getaway. It includes a full kitchen, bathroom with tile shower, sleeper sofa that turns into a queen bed and smart TV. In the living room, there is a custom fold-down table for eating or playing cards. Outside, enjoy the fire pit and views of the country. Close, easy access to I-81, JMU, downtown Harrisonburg, Skyline Drive and several National Parks.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Cottage at B and M Journey Farm is rustic and cozy and placed on a working farmette. Enjoy evening walks through pollinator spaces and the vineyard. Rise with the sunrise over New Market Gap and settle in at the fire pit overlooking the vineyard. In cooler months enjoy the cabin’s gas fireplace (if you wish). Hiking trails are nearby on New Market Mountain or the Shenandoah National Park. Food and wineries may be found within a short drive.

Finn's Frolic is our charming, country tiny home. Less than 2 hours DC, Charlottesville. Beautiful farm, mountain views, deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, much more. Landscaping is in the works ! Kitchen is fully equipped, vintage & new dinner wear. Living room has an electric fireplace, huge picture window, comfy love seat. The bedroom is up traditional stairs: loft bedroom, 7 foot sloped ceiling. Great place to relax, base for visits to local wineries, attractions! Perfectly imperfect!
