It is fully equipped with all appliances and furniture to make your stay comfortable. It has a modern underfloor cooling-heating system to keep the temperatures in the house stable so no noisy air condition. What makes Villa Elia very special is the fantastic pool and barbecue area. This is the place where our guests spend most of their time.

Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children. Our beautiful Daphne is a space with 2 tents (one with a double bed and one with 2 singles) ideal for a family. They are equipped with soft bed linen, clothes hanger, electricity, lights, refrigerator, fan and private bathroom (a few meters away) with amenities and hot water. Open shared kitchen and pool are a few meters away and at the front there is a private area with dining table and a daybed for a relaxing noon siesta.

Είναι γεμάτη από λεμονιές, ροδιές και άλλα οπωροφόρα δέντρα και φυτά, πραγματικός παράδεισος είναι βέβαια ο κήπος του σπιτιού, ο οποίος είναι κατάφυτος από κάθε λογής όμορφα και πολύχρωμα λουλούδια. Και στην αυλή βρίσκεται η πισίνα και ένα μπάρμπεκιου.
