I am close to some beautiful parks and within walking distance to the Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars. I am a 5 minute drive away from Torpoint ferry so you can jump on to explore the beautiful sites of Cornwall and all the stunning beaches. My house is large and spacious beautifully decorated with a modern yet family feel. Guests will have their own entrance, bedroom and living room with toilet and shower room. Parking is outside or down the side street

There is one bathroom with shower and an open plan kitchen / dining area which leads onto a lounge. Free off road parking is at the rear of the property. Within walking distance are the Tinside Lido, Plymouth Hoe, and a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Barbican is also only 20 minutes walk.

Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a five-minute walk; the Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 minutes walk away.

The property a large townhouse built in the eighteen century has been our family home for over 40 years. We welcome you to relax and enjoy the lovely views of Mount Edgcumbe country park and Plymouth boat marina. In the summer we recommend passing the time watching the glorious sunsets from your private balcony.

This is a self-contained annexe to the main house with its own entrance. Double bedroom with adjoining wet room and kitchenette, five minutes walk from the Royal Wiliam Yard and passenger ferries to the Barbican, Mount Edgcumbe and Saltash. Fifteen minutes walk from the continental ferry port. Free on-street parking & private entrance accessed by key lock. It is also possible to arrange the accommodation with two, single beds ( 2ft 6ins ) instead of a double.

Well equipped small kitchen with fridge gas cooker and washing machine. Iron and hairdryer available. The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.
