The large room is stylishly furnished (super king size bed), tv/wifi, and heated through ground source. The property has off-road parking with use of/ views into a landscaped garden/canal. Breakfast is a cold self-served buffet in the 'Den'.

We're close to the medieval town and beaches of St Andrews - just 2 miles from the centre, so you can cycle/walk as well as drive. You’ll love our place because of its quiet location on a country estate: from here you can walk, golf, sightsee, in winter go up and ski at Glenshee; head to Edinburgh (1hr by train) and Glasgow, eat in fabulous restaurants or stay and cook in our well-equipped kitchen. Our home is situated in the beautiful village of Invergarry in the Scottish Highlands. Invergarry is on the A87, the road that leads to the Isle of Skye. We offer a self contained private ensuite bedroom with its own entrance to outside, our guests are provided with keys to both doors. Our room can be setup as either a superking bed or as two singles.
