Captain Elias Hydriot House

The house’s architecture is characteristic of Hydra, dating from the C18th and renovated according to local traditional techniques. The two-storey detached house covers a total area of 180 sq. m., composed of a kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with A/C, WC, and bathroom. It also includes a private yard and a terrace with wonderful island views. It is conveniently located on Miaouli street-one of the few public streets WITHOUT stairs-just a 5-minute walk from the port.

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! Perched atop a hill, Floating Heaven gazes over the endless blue of the Saronic Gulf, a breathtaking natural oasis. The infinity pool merges with sea and sky; as you dive into the water, Hydra, Spetses, and Dokos feel close enough to touch.

Olive Trees House is a charming house, located in the bay of Mandraki, 20-25 minutes walk from the port. The house is detached, quiet, a bit high up on the hillside in an authentic and preserved environment. You will be dazzled by the extraordinary view of the sea. It is surrounded by olive trees, two lemon trees and a fig tree. Its two terraces, each with its own shaded pergola, offer a beautiful 180° view of the sea and the neighbouring hills.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

This room is located in Kamini area. It is part of a bigger building right by the sea, which used to be a tannery (tampakiko) -back to the 1840s. It's been renovated recently and provides you a private balcony with splendid views of the ocean. You will enjoy peaceful moments hearing and gazing the sea, while only a few steps keep you away.
