Outside: The whole backyard outside area is paved and is fully fenced by glass panels. The front of the house is fenced with aluminium slats with some grassed area that is reticulated and some paving. The house has a lock up double garage with a sectional remote controlled door. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring.
