The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Semi-Private and cozy in-law apartment in the lower level of our year-round lake front home. The space includes a full kitchen, bedroom with private 3-piece bathroom and a living/dining combo. Step out from the apartment onto a large deck overlooking a 340 acre all-sports lake. Paddle boat and kayaks incl. Winter activities include proximity to Swiss Valley Ski Resort. (10 miles) 300 foot walk to evening dining and cocktails. 30 minutes to Kalamazoo and 50 minutes from South Bend, IN.

Welcome to Swan Cottage. Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage was completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting). Swan Cottage is also very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

All guests must be 21 or older! Beautifully appointed craftsmanship makes for a luxurious vibe in our houseboat named "RowShell". Clean and pristine, she's perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and morning coffee from the deck. Spring-fed, super clean Big Fish Lake is excellent for swimming and fishing. Rowshell stays docked. 5G WiFi, TV, Netflix, AC, free use of 2 kayaks, firewood, and many other creature comforts. We can't host dogs - no exceptions.

The updated home features two bedrooms, sleeping loft, family room, washer/dryer, all the amenities of home. Enjoy the 160 ft of lakefront off our private dock. We have 2 kayaks, a Canoe and a small fishing boat, floaties and life vests for boating or swimming. Enjoy a day at the lake, cook dinner on one of our grills and enjoy the evening by the firepit.

Additionally, guests get the FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock from May through October. Lake Wabasis is about 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. And excellent fishing all year long.
