This grand home was totally renovated to modernize but keep all the old charm! It boasts 3 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms! The location in center of Oswego affords walking the 2 blocks to downtown and 4 blocks to the lake and marina. There are ample Bistro, and bars in close walking distance! Come enjoy the Oswego neighborhood nestled in the historic district!

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Walk down to the water, explore the rocky private beach, swim, and kayak. The house is near a world famous bird sanctuary with hiking trails. Close to Oswego, Fulton, Pulaski, and the Salmon river/fish hatchery. Only 40 min from Syracuse! The home is near a couple of apple orchards, and minutes from Port Ontario, Selkirk and Mexico Point State Parks.

Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance. Inside our home you are greeted by tasteful decor, a convenient gas fireplace, two full baths, two bedrooms sleeping six, and a dining area with ample seating. Our kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to prepare a meal, or a short walk to many eateries.

Close to several boat launches into Lake Ontario and a short ride from from best spots on the Salmon River you can't go wrong!

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
