This antique yet modernised flat near Oeiras village and Carcavelos beach is perfect for every kind of stay. Be it a summer beach holiday you want or a winter adventure. By car you are 20 minutes away from picturesque Sintra as well as Cascais and about half an hour from Lisbon centre. Two supermarkets, a cash point, typical portuguese Cafés 'Pastelaria e Padaria' and a small shopping centre are all within a less than 5 minute walking distance. Se encuentra a 12 minutos a pie de la playa de Santo Amaro y a menos de 10 minutos del tren que lleva a Lisboa y a Cascais. Hay un supermercado y una farmacia a menos de 5 minutos. El barrio es muy tranquilo y bonito con varios parques y paseos muy agradables. Desde el balcón se ve el mar.
