The bath house has includes a modern composting toilet, solar shower stall and hand/dish washing station. We are located close to wineries, state parks with gorges & waterfalls, lakes, the vibrant city of Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College.

Then, return back to our secluded apartment that sits at the front of 23 acres. End your day at the firepit for some s'mores in the backyard! As fall approaches it is the perfect time to enjoy the foliage, fare, and festivals downtown!

Park next to cabin. Near Ithaca, Watkins Glen, State Parks- Treman, Buttermilk, Taughannock & Watkins Glen & 60 wineries/breweries around Lakes Seneca & Cayuga.

Our place is perfect for those wanting a peaceful, quiet country experience. The rooms are tastefully decorated in bohemian french country with chandeliers and the rustic interior of an 1800s barn. Our property is host to numerous bird species and wildlife. Nature preserves, trail and gorge hiking, public swimming, local wineries are minutes away from our convenient location. Cultural attractions in downtown Ithaca and Cayuga Lake recreation are a quick 10 mile drive.
