Yurt dwelling is indescribably peaceful. Our property is 150 acres, off an end-state maintenance road, though just a 20 minute drive off interstate 81 or to the quaint town of Floyd, or the VT area. This 24' yurt is beautifully modern with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom/ shower, TV and (high speed) wi-fi, and comfortable sleeping and hangout spaces- surrounded by acres of streams, trails and natural beauty. You can enjoy morning or evening walks around the hay field or with a short drive get to the river or new river trail for some outdoor activities!

New River Trail Estate

This spacious home is the perfect place to base your vacation on the New River Trail! We are located on the trail at mile marker 12.5 on one of the prettiest parts of the New River Trail. From the veranda you can listen to the rapids of the New River spilling into Claytor lake. There is a boat launch less than a half mile away offering free river access. Little travelers have their own space with a play room upstairs and plenty of room to play outside.
