The Branch on Evergreen is a family friendly duplex with awesome features like a covered porch and soaking tub and fireplace. Although, The Branch isn’t an open concept, it feels like it. The living room is the central point with access to every room. Enjoy a book by the fireplace windows or watch tv upstairs or down. Get your cooking skills to work or sit on the porch.
