Enjoy Murray River views and use the home as a great base for water skiing and water sports. Plenty of parking, including boats and jet skis. Close to the Avoca Dell boat ramp, mini golf, bushwalking trails, snack bar and local amenities. For bookings longer than 2 weeks, there will be additional cleaning fees for fortnightly cleans.

If you're looking for a home away from home Mae’s is for you. Close to the river and within walking distance to Main Street and cafes. She’s not fancy but she’s clean and recently renovated with a beautiful big gas stove and a homely feel. She is over 100 years old so the doors stick from time to time and the wooden floors may creak. The house is professionally deep cleaned after every guest. House is not suitable for small children under 5 years of age

Carlisle Alpaca Farm Stay Veranda Retreat

Carlisle Alpacas is situated on an 80 acres farm in the Adelaide Hills abundant in bird and native wildlife. There are two BnB the Veranda Retreat and the new Cottage Escape with rural views with easy access to cellar doors and restaurants. The Veranda Retreat is isolated from the main residents and is self contained free space filled with fresh county air, great walks along the creek down to the Dawesley ruins while meeting the friendly alpacas.
