Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). With a 3' walkfrom our house you’ll find one of the area’s best seafood taverns, while a fully organized beach bar with sunbeds and amenities is only 150 meters away, ideal for both children and adults.

In 500m there are sandy isolated beaches and in 3 klm there is one of the most beautiful organized beach of South Evia, "Agia Paraskevi". The house is built in an autonomous yard of 650m and has a shaded sitting veranda of 25m2 where you can rest, and enjoy endless blue . The place is also called OSMAES.
