On your visit you will be greeted by our alpacas, chickens, donkeys, horses, goats and even camels. If you would like to replace your cell phone’s morning alarm with the crowing of roosters or replace the hooting of cars with the braying of donkeys, the solar powered Donkey Dairy Cottage is the place for you! Ziggysriver cottage (Rc) is heaven on earth.

Spoil yourself in our well equipped private ,peaceful Ziggysriver cottage on the banks of the Magalies River. Plenty of birdlife plus the resident Finfoot. Wake up to the sounds of nature and explore the trail of +-9 km , walking, cycling or birding. Visit Sterkfontein Caves and the Maropeng World Heritage Site in the Cradle of Humankind. Enjoy a dip in the cold water splash pool on a hot summers day ( Note the splash pool is closed from 30 April- 30 September) or sit by the open fire .

No additional- or day visitors allowed. Possibility of noise from the resort, golf course and building activities.

Studio #292

Studio #292 is situated on a smallholding in Hartbeespoort on the slope of the Magaliesberg with a panoramic view of Hartbeespoortdam and surrounding areas. On the other side of the Studio is another listing, Coucal Cottage. The two listings are separated by a passage and linen room. The Studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and frying pan (makes a lovely breakfast or stir-fry). The Studio is within 15 minutes driving to Village Mall and other shops.

Shengwedzi - exclusive retreat

Shengwedzi is a charming 10 acre weekend hideaway situated at the foot of the northern side of the Magaliesberg in the Buffelspoort Valley, close to the Easterkloof and Tonquani Gorge. The original thatched roofed farmhouse, built in the 1920's, with its three surrounding cottages and rondavel, offer a perfect escape far from the pressures of city life for the exclusive enjoyment of a single group. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Unique, self-catering unit in tranquil setting, with view of the mountains. Close to features like Hartbeespoortdam Cableway, French Toast (Little Paris), Pretville, the Elephant and Monkey Sanctuary etc. This bachelor unit does have a loadshedding solution, with a small electric footprint - electric blanket for the winter.
