Our apartment is good for couples and solo travellers. Attached to our house, this is a small but very comfortable and modern space, with private entrance and patio garden. We are situated in a village within the Tamar Valley which is on the border between Devon and Cornwall - close to both moorlands and coast. You have easy access to all areas of the Southwest, particularly the parks of Dartmoor and Bodmin, Plymouth and the town of Tavistock. It is a great area to explore or just to relax!

The most idyllic riverside escape! Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

Tucked away amongst the hedgerows of Cornwall sits an old farm hands cottage. A perfect opportunity to escape the rat race and head deep into the wild for a solo or romantic break of pure relaxation. A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. There are stunning country walks, a huge array of activities, 2 excellent local pubs, a coffee shop, wetlands bird sanctuary & there is so much to see & do.

Micro Barn Conversion - Hot Tub - Dog Friendly

This adorable barn was converted by my dad and I, using as many upcycled materials as possible. Where we couldn't use recycled materials we sourced locally ( All the timber was processed 5 minutes away!) The Barn comes with its own enclosed south facing garden. We are located 334m above sea level in the Tamar Valley and within walking distance to Kit Hill Country Park. The views from the barn are incredible especially at sun rise!
