Set in the grounds of a Queen Anne Rectory, it has 17th Century charm with the convenience & comfort of modern fittings. We are on the Ridgeway, in a picturesque rural setting. PRIVATE GYM - INFARED SAUNA - ICE BATH - JACUZZI 🫧 Super king size bed The bedroom has underfloor heating and a plug in radiator, table and chairs outside, Netflix and WiFi!, 1 minute drive to town centre and 4 minute drive to the train station, lots of shops and food spots to eat. parking for 1 car. the sink in the bathroom only runs on cold water. the gym has all up to date equipment and there is a new infrared sauna, a new ice bath which gets very cold, and a lovely jacuzzi 😁

The house is just a short walk from the train station in the medieval market town of Princes Risborough. We have private parking for one car and bicycles are available for the guests to use. The house is ideal for max 4 grown-ups, your pet can be brought on request.
