Welcome to our quiet place in a residential neighbourhood We are 5km's/7-10min drive from town in a subdivision near Sticky Forest and Lake Wānaka NOTE-NO cafes/shops/bars in walking distance A private guest room, at the back of our house, en-suite, independent entry from car park AND views of Mt Roy, Treble Cone Mini fridge, toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making items. NOTE-NO COOKING/BBQ Walking tracks close by that lead to stunning views of Lake Wanaka and mountains Two cats live here

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

You will love the privacy with a spacious room opening to the garden & trees. There’s books, games, yoga mat, outdoor area. Superking bed, quality linen, mattress topper, ensuite & toiletries. I am a foodie & provide a continental breakfast, homemade granola, yoghurt & baking after that our supermarkets are close. Walk to lake&Wanaka Tree thru the park! 20 walk to town, in route to Roys Peak climb, Rippon Wines 5 min drive or walk along the lake to it. An elopement wedding? I can do that too!

Pip's guest house is attached in between the house & garage and is separate to our house. Overlooking our garden, you can relax and view Mt Iron, climbers scaling the mountain and observe the beauty while feeling relaxed. Our back gate leads you directly onto local bike and walking tracks and local ski fields are 35 minutes drive from here. All new beds and furniture and a self contained kitchen. Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Loft on Infinity - stunning Lake Wanaka Views

You enter via a shared lobby. From here you take the stairs to your own private guest suite with a spacious lounge complete with a stunning view over Lake Wanaka. This area has an armchair and a large chaise sofa bed with TV, mini fridge & tea/coffee facilities. Off the living space is the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a large shower. The room is attached to our house but is completely separate with private space for guests. There is no kitchen or laundry facilities.

Wanaka Cedar Loft

**The loft is 1.5kms, 2 mins drive to the town & about a 20 min walk for the average person)- If this is beyond your fitness capability, please please please DO NOT BOOK WITH US.** It is situated on an acre of land in a private road. The loft is above our garage, up a private staircase the loft has open plan -living, sleeping, dining with a kitchenette, It also has laundry facilities. It is quiet, cosy, well appointed & very private with beautiful views.

Wanaka French farmhouse - self-contained apartment

Come and stay at our unique, French farmhouse inspired home, in your own spacious, self contained apartment - ideal for couples and families! Please note, the apartment has a single bedroom with a queen size bed and a set of bunks - the bunks are only suitable for children under 18. Set on acre of olives and lawn, close to town, with mountain views and all day sun, the apartment has everything you'll need for a great stay in Wanaka.
