Ilias Nest 1

This is a renovated for summer 2024, first floor well-appointed studio (about 35m2), with air-condition, double bed, fully equiped kitchen, and luxury bathroom. It is very quiet due to its location and there is a balcony about 10m2 with garden view. It is located in the center of Kardamena village, in Kos island and specified above the car rental “ILIASRENTALS”. At the 30m there is a bus stop and in about 80m there is a taxi station. Moreover, Kardamaina’s coastal road is about 200m far away.

Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.

Located in the village of Zipari two kilometres from the beach and three minutes walking from a bus stop. Rural view and plenty of sun, including a garden area where you can relax. A private fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom renovated in 2022, with a washing machine are at your disposal.
