Take a short walk to Ithaca Farmer's Market (.4 mi) the Commons (.8 mi) & Cornell University (1.4 mi) or stay in and enjoy a glass of wine while cooking in the kitchen & dining area. Two porches are set for some outdoor time, and the garden has seasonal vegetables for you. You could also cozy up next to our wood stove on chilly nights. We love opening the home to our AirBnB guests and look forward to hosting you.

This cozy, updated two bedroom apartment mixes midcentury modern and vintage furniture with an organic, upstate NY vibe. The stylish first floor apartment of a classic Ithaca home, nestled into the highly walkable Fall Creek neighborhood. Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Our open-concept kitchen with an island is equipped with the basics for your cooking needs after a trip to the Farmers Market for fresh produce.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).
