Literalmente a un momento a pie del pintoresco centro de la ciudad de Moffat con tiendas locales, pubs, restaurantes y otros servicios. La casa está junto a un paseo fluvial y la ciudad, está rodeada de impresionantes paisajes; perfecta para excursionistas ávidos. A solo 5 minutos de la autopista (a 1,5 horas de Edimburgo, a 1 hora de Glasgow y a 45 minutos de Carlisle), es una parada perfecta en ruta, ¡pero aún mejor para una semana! ¡Bienvenido!

The cottage provides the ideal base to enjoy the many cultural and outdoor activities available in the area. Plenty of lovely walks, sailing, fishing, wild life and great night skies. Perfect to kick back and relax after a day of exploring the many attractions and scenery. parking is available.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.

It is in a quiet, rural location, but still close to the M74 so a perfect stop en-route to northern Scotland or southwards to the border and England. It has an AGA, central heating, king-size beds with electric blankets, private parking, full cooking facilities and utilities, as well as it's own 'private use' garden facilities with views over sheep farms and the Moffat Hills.
