Our private tiny home is in a beautiful setting and fully equipped for a getaway, yet close to Knoxville. It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

Fountain City is a lovely little area in the northern part of Knoxville that is known for it's duck pond and park. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

The open concept living/bedroom on the 2nd floor is surrounded by a deck that has gorgeous views of the river and a relaxing place hang out.
