This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Even though you get the full "cabin life" experience, there's a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, and maybe amenities that make a start here comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Niagara Falls is a 1.5-hour drive, Zippo 30 minutes. Walmart and movie theater are 2 miles away. Many restaurants are nearby. A seasonal 2 screen drive-in movie theater-20 min. drive. 2 queen beds , 1 double bed, and a chair converts to a twin size bed. Fully equipped kitchen.
